Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a Baggage Services Agent (GW) – Females for it’s leading clients.

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Baggage Services Agent (GW) to assist with the handling, tracking, and processing of passenger baggage at the airport. The ideal candidate will have at least an intermediate-level education and strong customer service skills to handle baggage-related inquiries, lost baggage reports, and other operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with inquiries and complaints related to their baggage, including lost or delayed baggage.
• Track and process baggage through the airport’s baggage handling system to ensure timely delivery to the correct destination.
• Coordinate with airline staff, ground personnel, and other departments to resolve baggage issues quickly and effectively.
• Use baggage tracking systems to identify and locate misplaced or delayed baggage.
• Assist in the safe loading and unloading of passenger baggage onto aircraft or conveyors.
• Handle and tag baggage as per airline and airport protocols, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, offering clear and empathetic communication to passengers facing baggage-related issues.
• Report damaged or lost baggage to the appropriate authorities and assist passengers with filing claims.
• Assist with the coordination of special baggage handling requirements, including oversized or fragile items.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of baggage activities, ensuring timely updates to all relevant parties.
• Follow airport and airline safety regulations while handling baggage and operating baggage-handling equipment.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed Intermediate (High School or equivalent).
• Previous experience in baggage handling, customer service, or airport operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in using baggage tracking systems and software.
• Physically fit, as the role involves lifting and handling baggage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
